Although Maia should be the "safe bet", and the "smart money" should be on him to initiate a scramble through grappling; put Woodley up against the fence or on the mat, to set up a submission: I'm going with Woodley for the win. Even though I believe it would be more interesting for the WW landscape if Maia dethroned Woodley in "patented style" (and most-likely will), I think Woodley just might make it an early night with his own "patented" T-Bomb. Either way, it should be a short fight. I don't see it going past the midway point of the 2nd. But it would be fun to see this particular title fight decided in the 5th. I'm just hoping for a great matchup, and a clear winner.
DAMN homie!!! Quit hoggin' da Hateraid! Ya suppose' ta take a swig an' pass. It a' come back 'round ta ya soon nuff! $h¡t!

Can't call this, if Maia gets caught early it's all over... but if he can get woodley down... . Who strikes first I guess!

Woodley has the speed and power to tag Maia and put him out... but will he engage and set the pace? Or will he be on hyper-defense mode trying to avoid the takedown at all costs? Should be interesting to see what direction the fight goes.

Maia wins, and retires without defending.

It was interesting to see them together today. Maia looked a lot bigger to me. It's a hard one to call I reckon.

Yes, I was surprised too. On the other side, Thomson was bigger than him as well. He has a good team and did prove that in Thompson fight. Before I was 99% sure Woodley will win. I drop that percentage on 90% :)
