Am I the only one who thinks Paul Felder is a terrible commentator? He always makes it about himself. I find it so disrespectful to the fighters and so unprofessional. He doesn't even have a good personality. Why is he doing this job? Please get rid of him!

No sound in this video.
Alves seems to move a lot but not land a lot, when they showed the strikes at the end of round 1 he had 15 to Krause's 33. If you had asked me I would of said Alves was the more active fighter. He seemed to get dismissive of Krauses power who then applied pressure and landed some clean heavy shots. I did like how Alves seemed to be scrambling out of a take down shot before he even hit the ground I think he has good instincts just need to work on his accuracy and work rate.

I am in favor of refs. stopping unnecessary shots, but this was a way to early stoppage.

Wow, did you see Warlley do the chicken dance after that knee? He looked like he had no clue where he was when the ref jumped in and didn't protest? That was a perfect stoppage

No I honestly can't stand him either, he has all the personality of a cardboard box and his upper lip just bothers me lol I'll take him over Rogan any day but that isn't saying much

I agree he was quite shaken, but still just let it go for another 1-2 seconds more and he might have clinched up or fallen down and been able to kick up or what ever creating a little space to clear his head.
The fact was that the man was standing, not lying on the floor with G&P raining down on him. He was of course in a bad situation but it is also a career and I feel he was not given that chance.

Don't agree. I think it was a good stoppage.
Alves was in Lala land standing...
Liked to see Krause's accuracy and constant volume peppering Alves and not letting him breathe.
Good win.

15 seconds after it was stopped Warrley still looked clueless as to what had happened, the ref recognized he was dazed and incapable of fighting back so he saved him. He was also gassing and just standing there? In this case he gave him enough of a chance and he did nothing with it then didn't complain when it was stopped

Yeh stoppage was fine, he was completely out of it. Nice knee and good pressure to keep him on his heels from Krause... still earlier on he got a bit sloppy a few times. He won’t get away with that against stronger opponents
