Woodley did so little he made Maia look well-rounded! He is undoubtedly the most boring champ ever. I wish Rory was here to beat this bum

I think Woodley vs. Masvidal would be a good fight. Perhaps Dana White will "punish" Woodley with this matchup.

Woodley is NOT facing GSP. In post fight Dana said w/ Cowardly's performance (or lack there of) he is now giving the GSP fight to Bisping who will actually fight.
Dana slammed TW many times during the interview saying how bad a fight with 60 TOTAL strikes in 5 rounds was and since TW wasn't willing to fight, he isn't willing to give him a money fight. I expect some FightPass or FX only fights coming up for TW as true punishment.
I highly doubt we see him as even a co-main anytime soon.

maia is like 6'' taller than Woodley but it don't matter, Woodley was too strong, maia couldn't take him down.Whoever said strength don't matter in a fight is a total retard

I could be wrong, as this is just speculation on my part, but maybe Woodley was doing what he was doing because he doesn't want to be in the UFC. He keeps talking about "money fights", but because of the fact that he hasn't put on those magical performances as of late those simply aren't going to be happening in the UFC anytime soon. Maybe, just maybe haha, he is trying to finish out his fight contract with the UFC, and is hoping to become a free agent who will get picked up by another promotion like Bellator for example where he can get more pay from sponsors and things of that nature. Just a theory, what do you guys think?

Dont ya hate it when guys wanna wrestle because they cant fight you!  well this is one of those.  ryan bader pulled this shit with one of his fights recently too.
THERE needs to be New Rules in the UFC for guys who use wrestling to get out of fighting. like a time limit,  its like the same as grabbing onto the fence over and over.
Cheers to my Hater's, Be Patient, More to come.

There was one guy, who beat everybody else, with 7 or something win in a row. Specialist he is, Woodley won the fight with him.

I am not saying that two out of three Woodley's last fight weren't borring, but he is still a champ now. He knows, if he looses the title, he will never be again in the picture. On the other side I totally understand Dana White as well.

I agree, Rory is also a good choice for Woodley. Ups, he went to Bellator...

Or maybe the guy is a smart fighter and in his last 3 fights, Dana gave him, as Ikor said, two elite specialist. You don't want those two guys to have an opportunity to do their big move because they only need one shot. You can go as a showman and basically lose your belt in the doing or you fight defensively and let them do the mistakes to counter and in the process give you opportunities to face other fighters as a champion.

Maybe he could have done a bit more against Maia there were some windows he could have shown his explosive style but even there it was not without risk.

Don't forgot the Lawler or Condit fight, let's judge when he face a more balanced mma fighter and not a dangerous specialist.

I have just seen now the whole fight.
I think Woodley did a great job and was rather intelligent defending Maia´´´´´' s take down attempts.
The guy is like a boa and if he gets you you are lost.
Apart from that he did not hit Woodley a single time, yet Woddley was about to knock him down a couple times.

Never have I skipped the video forward for a main event fight... Woodley is SO god damn boring to watch.  He's like 'I will do the least amount possible to win this fight'
