You would want to use a preworkout supplement with an ingredient profile that supports Nitric Oxide stimulation and retention for the vasodilation effect.  Improve blood flow for cardiovascular health and faster nutrient delivery.  Stay away from the formulas that are too high in caffeine and other stimulants per serving than your tolerance level.
Some have no stimulants, some have some, some have a lot.

Pre Jym hands down best pre workout ever made. I have taken literally all of them over the last 12 years.

  A lot of people are talking good about PreJym which I haven't tried yet.

I bounced around with many pre prior to trying PreJym, been using the Pre, Post, Pro Jym for about 3 years straight now.   Well balanced and great results.  Have gone from 24% BF to 13%; body weight from 180 to 208 during this time period.  More info on the product line here: jymsupplementscience.com.  In all fairness, if you are wanting that high energy/shaky hands/heart about to burst out of your chest pre-workout stuff, then PreJym is not what you want.  My $.02...
