i need some help with crossfit

Whats this training for like? Not personally i mean what is the design idea of it? Its asking for pretty athletic amounts of pull ups like lol, yet hardly any sit ups or that.

You might need to turn off AdBlock

and didnt mean to come off as a douche, that is how I always am.

PS those workouts do look weak, you should push yourself to the very limit for results.

here's a real CF work out it's called the 300.

25 pull-ups
50 deadlifts with 135 lbs
50 push-ups
50 box jumps (24-inch box)
50 “floor wipers” (a core and shoulders exercise with 135 lbs)
50 “clean and press” with a kettlebell (36 lbs)
25 more pull-ups

total of 300 reps. i suggest you try this if you've been doing CF for maybe 5-6 months with a proper diet. if you can't get enough protein in your diet, get proper sleep and balance your daily meals i suggest you don't even try this work out at all.

now that is a workout, I dont even own kettlebells

Your best bet is to stop doing crossfit unless you like being injured.
