im on the website but cant find any of the workouts only videos on how to do certain exercises

here is 11 days for you..

Day 1: "Cindy"
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats
record rounds:

Day 2: "Angie"
100 Pullups
100 Pushups
100 Situps
100 Squats
record time:

Day 3: Fractured Runny Angie
Run 400 meters
25 Pullups
25 Pushups
25 Situps
25 Squats
Time:

Day 4: rest day (try maybe practicing your pull ups or other work outs you have difficutly with but don't work too much)

Day 5: 120 pullups and 120 dips for time
Day 6: "Angie". time:
Day 7: Focus Push Ups
(put a second in between each push up before you go back down example: 1PU,1,2,2PU,123,3PU,1234,4PU all the way till 10) time:

Day 8: rest day

Day 9: "CINDY" Laughing
Day 10: 3 rounds of 400m run and 15 pull ups, sit ups, squats and sit ups time:
Day 11: 10 rounds of 10 dips and 10 pull ups. time :

let me know if you want to continue then ill set you up again for another month or two

those are weakling workouts. run 400 meters? how about run 4 miles, i do about 2.5 every morning. for the legs, just do lunges while watching TV, I did about 150 while watching fight club and I didnt even realize it.

yep, 100 before you move on.. this helps your body get used to doing a whole lot of reps.
