I've used them once or twice. I did'nt continue to use them because I wanted to work on specific muscles at the gym then overall strength at the time. Have you been using them?

I would be interested in other opinions too

Don't listen to the Joe Rogan Experience, he brain washes you into buying alpha brain, flesh lights, kettlebells and battle ropes. don't give in to the peer pressure and convincing talk where he says " I don't want anybody to get ripped off" and stuff like that. Plus those alpha brain pills are actually Joe Rogan zombie pills

I've never bought his pills, fleshlight or kettlebells. i got one cause i wanted to try something different. just because the shit didn't work for you doesn't mean its a rip off, everyones body is different and reacts differently.

If you wanna try kettle bells go for it, but make sure your form is proper, I don't do it because i am 39, and swinging those things around does take technique and I have to be careful because of my back, if you're younger you're probably more resilient, go for it. Use proper form and technique.

I just started aero box the other day, it's just shadow boxing, hopefully gonna work off this last bit on my tummy.

Good luck and have fun!!

I've had a 20kg one lying around for about six years. It's mainly a toy to play with, I like to occasionally do some of the more complicated moves like bottoms up variations or get-ups just for the fun of it. At gym I've done some swings as a finisher but that's about it.

In the end a kettlebell is just a weight. There's very little special about it, mainly that it's easier to do swings with compared to dumbbells.
